Organic peas are added after having sauteed some onions with our organic extra virgin olive oil. After a quick cooking, tomato sauce is added and it’s left simmering for a few minutes. This sauce is ready-to-eat and it is perfect for many different pasta shapes. A traditional recipe from Romagna is the famous Cuttlefish with peas, that you can easily prepare thanks to this sauce.
