The preparation of this sauce follows the traditional Italian recipe. After having sautéed some onions with extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce is added and it’s left simmering for a few minutes. Finally, fresh basil leaves are grinded and added to the sauce. It is recommended for our Spaghetti di Gragnano.
