Obtained thanks to the careful selection of the noblest part of the olive juice in which only a real master craftsman can succeed, this extra virgin olive oil is Pasquinoni’s most precious work. The skilful use of advanced technologies joins traditional savoir faire, allowing the natural settling of the olive juice to come to the surface without any additional mechanical filtration. The oil obtained is then bottled in dark glass bottles, rigorously enumerated.
